The fourth annual St. Louis Small Press Expo (STLSPExpo) show and sale will take place from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 14th in the Great Hall of the St. Louis Public Library’s Central Library, 1301 Olive Street, 63103. As always, all are welcome and admission is FREE.
Over 75 independent publishers will show and sell their work. Exhibitors represent a wide variety of formats, including comics (Ben Sears, Archie Bongiovanni), traditional books (Monster House Press, Sundress Publications), art & literary magazines (Natural Bridge, Boulevard), organizations (Yeyo Arts Collective, Central Print), zines (Work Press & Publication, Evey In Orbit), and much more.

Hourly from 12PM - Library-guided tours of the Creative Experience
The Creative Experience is a free digital maker space outfitted with software and equipment for design, print, film and sound projects. Librarian-led tours of the space will be available on the hour starting at noon for anyone interested in starting or expanding their own indie project.
Also on expo day, Star Clipper will open an art show featuring work by expo exhibitors. The show will stay open for one week at their store, 1319 Washington Avenue, 63103.
While at the expo, be sure to check out Central’s Zine Library, located in the Entertainment, Literature & Biography room, just off the Great Hall. Central Library has added the works of previous STLSPExpo publishers to its permanent collection where they are available to be checked out by library patrons.
